Meet Flora, a small holder farmer who grows and harvests our beautiful and refreshing spearmint that is used in our blends. This Spearmint is grown in Malawi. Handled with care, it is then dried then shipped to us. The flavor is full of love and all sorts of marvelous things will happen when you drink it for sure!
Whether consumed fresh, dried or as an essential oil, many health benefits have been attributed to spearmint. Used to help alleviate symptoms of nausea, indigestion, gas, headache, toothaches, cramps and sore throat.
